Argus used a multi-disciplined team and its proprietary, tablet-based Facility Evaluation Assessment Tool (FEAT) to a generate an assessment report to inform the airport's capital improvement program.

Delta Airlines and the LGA Airport Fuel Consortium retained Argus Consulting to conduct a Fuel System Engineering Assessment of the existing tank farm. The study included evaluating the condition of the storage facility, assessing its basic ability to continue serving the airport in the next five to 10 years, and determining what maintenance and capital improvements were necessary to meet forecast demands.

The evaluation included pipeline receiving, eight bulk storage tanks, secondary containment and treatment, pumping, nine refueler loading positions, electrical service, and controls.
