Designing fuel storage tanks and over-wing dispenser system to make it easy to fuel up and fly

Argus was retained for design, bidding phase services and construction support of a new aboveground fuel storage and over-wing self-service dispensing system for Jet A and AVGAS fuel at the Faribault Municipal Airport in Minnesota. The new facility includes double wall fuel storage tanks (UL-2085) with self-service fuel dispensing skid with a 30 gpm over-wing dispenser with credit card reader for pilots to purchase fuel 24 hours a day. The dispensing skid is designed for ease for pilots, airport staff, and fuel delivery personnel alike.
